Band Bags came about from two things...the love of music and the love of bags! The journey started with jean jackets and patches; icons that did, and still do, run the punk, hardcore, and hip-hop scenes. 

 

Walking down the streets of New York City and seeing some proper punks sporting their favorite bands reminded me of my beginnings at the Showcase Theater in Corona, California. With blasting circle pits, charging brave-hearts, two-stepping, and properly repping merch of the bands that soundtracked my existence.

 

 Some of those shirts don't fit now, are paper-thin and can't be worn in public but all of them have good times embedded in their fabric. So just like back in the day, when we added patches to our jean jackets to rep the bands that shared our same voice, same passions, Band Bags is here to keep that voice and passion alive. Even if you have changed a bit, it's cool, those bands still gave you great memories and helped you get to where you are today.
